Chanel - Worst Customer Service Ever!
Order placed online, shipping/billing details completed as one would expect and cc was charged right away. Received confirmation and figured everything was good to go.
That evening, received an email saying order was on hold with a BS excuse that the shipping and billing addresses were different. They had no problem running my cc and got the bank confirmation.
Called and spoke with a CSR that was clueless and promised the issue would be resolved, which it has yet to be. CSR stated it could take 24 hours to release the hold which as of this writing has elapsed yet according to the order history page it is still saying Order On Hold.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $360.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Chanel Cons: Non-empathetic.
