Chanel - Slowly in refund process and poor customer service

2017 December 15th request refund process, but until 2018 January 15th still not finish. Then I contact the staff in chanel shop , just let me wait.
Now do not answer my phone.
I do not know how to solve this issue, very terrible shop experience in my life. I need help.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

I am having the same issue. I can't find a number for the regional head office manager.
I have been given the run around from the retail store and customer service for 2 months. Does anyone know who to contact at head office?
Even the receptionist passes me on to no one!!! Pissed
