Chanel - Disgusting service
Jenny from the Chanel counter David Jones Macquarie centre is a person that should not be in this industry. Gave appalling services. Yelling straight in my face. Refused to include small gift box with purchase. Spent $2500 at the cosmetics counter only to be disrespected by Jenny. She poorly treated her colleagues. Left for her lunch break and took the keys so that colleagues could not sell her products. Never smiled. She deserves to stay home and not work in an industry where service is paramount.

Do not buy several products at once with chanell as if any are faulty chanell are nit interested in helping you with the fault infact they will not help ... ive been a customer for 46 years have never used any other products ... but i will find something else now

Chanel customer service is the very bad, had a problem with a perfume bottle but there customer service was rubbish. Will not purchase channel ever again. Very disappointing customer service
Chanel in Brampton, Ontario - The "new perfection Lumier"
I've been using Chanel perfection lumier for about 10 years and they just changed the formula last year or so. Let me tell you this is by the the worst foundation in the world. Don't waste your money and buy this. Now I'm stuck with a $60 foundation that literally flakes off as you put it on. Will never purchase again unless they bring back the old formula.
Purched Chanel Gabrielle at Christmas no fragrance after one minute. I paid $260 at Myer a very reputable department store. I have sprayed it for numerous friends cannot believe no smell. Have been buying fot over 40 years chanel. Very very disappointed.Read more
