I have now purchased 4 Chanel Bags and had to return them for replacements. Seems that Chanel does not have any quality control in place to ensure that they deliver superior quality for the price point.

My first bag a large tote had one side that was caved in at the top of the bag. The Chanel Associate tried to tell me that I was being too picky. They gave me a store credit. My next bag - a limited addition Boy bag that cost $7,000.

had gold missing on several of the links on the strap. The next bag, large Coco handle bag, the corners were worn out, so I wonder if it wasn't a return that someone had used. The last bag, the Chanel large Vanity case, the strap was placed on twisted.

I'm looking to see if Chanel has a replacement or I'm looking at the credit again!!!

This is so unacceptable for a premium brand.

I'm sure Coco is turning in her grave at the abysmal lack of QC in their production. They have truly lost sight of what the brand stands for.
