I called yesterday and spoke to Melinda who I found to be very confrontational I explained that I always but 3 Black eyeliners at the same time and that 2 were broken this last time It has never happened to me before and I wanted replacements She made it sound as if i was lying and that I needed proof which I thought that I still had the pencils Unfortunately I must have discarded them I was going to try and take pictures but without the evidence I was out of luck It was indeed a very unpleasant conversation and I feel that I wanted management to be aware of how one of your staff responded to me I would never claim that this happened if it didn’t occur I really thought the Chanel would want to stand by this product How wrong I was I don’t want to go to another vendor
