Chanel - Complain
Dear Chanel Customer Service, I am a good regular consumer of your companies products. Three years ago I bought a pearl Necklace from Chanel/İstinye Park Shopping Center/İstanbul-Turkey.
Although I wear it only few times it is broken and when I went to above mentioned shop they informed that they are going to send to abroad for repair and on top they have requested 170 euro for repair. Although the necklace already sent to be repaired I think it is not correct to ask a payment for a problem which is not really caused due to bad use.
